Sailing Bailando

Arriving in Gulfport, cruising the Florida West Coast

We’re moving south along the western coast; we’re back to doing day trips. It’s beautiful weather and the various neighborhoods we pass take advantage of this; we see a large variety of ways people have developed private property along the water’s edge. Our over-arching mission these days is to find a place to leave Bailando while we return to Los Angeles to finish the last of Linda’s stained-glass projects. We should be looking for a place to spend the hurricane season, but we still don’t feel the weight of that important decision, so we la-di-la along in peace, crossing an infinite amount of bridges, finding each to have a distinct personality. And so we find Gulfport, a real gem of a town, and it’s very well located too. We stay.
